• No Warranty on Mapping: GPS tracks, land ownership boundaries, and topographic maps may contain inaccuracies.
• Verification Required: You must independently verify property lines and hunting zone boundaries before discharging a weapon.

4. Property Rights and Trespassing

• Private Property: You agree not to trespass on private land while using the Service.

• Location Sharing: You are responsible for the privacy settings and pins you choose to share with other club members.

6. Intellectual Property

• Proprietary Rights: All software, branding, custom maps, and code belong exclusively to My Hunt Club.
• Personal License: You receive a limited, non-commercial license to use the app and website.

7. Limitation of Liability

• As-Is Service: The Service is provided without any express or implied warranties.
• Liability Waiver: My Hunt Club is not liable for any injuries, property damage, legal fines, or fatalities occurring during your hunting activities.
